My main research interests are multivariate interpolation, singularities, and valuative properties of algebraic curves. I contributed to the study of the Nagata conjecture and the Segre-Harbourne-Gimigliano-Hirschowitz conjecture, of degenerations of singularities in low dimensions, the Hilbert scheme and Seshadri constants. Recently I became interested in valuation spaces and nonarchimedean analytic geometry.
