I am an Associate Professor at the Mathematics Department at the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona. My current research is in algebraic topology, but I am also interested in other fields, like computation tools and data analysis.
Currently I am the Rector’s Delegate for Teaching Programming at the UAB and Secretary of the Spanish Committee of Mathematics (CEMat).
I have been also the secretary of the UAB Mathematics Department (from October 2013 to October 2019), the secretary the Catalan Mathematical Society (from June 2012 to February 2019), Deputy Director of the Centre de Recerca Matemàtica (from 2021 to 2024) and Coordinator of the Bachelor’s Degree in Computational Mathematics and Data Analytics at the UAB (from 2021 to 2025).
