It describes a boundary such that a large specified proportion of the differences in paired-measurements are within the boundary. The inference of the TDI involves the estimation of a 100(1 \u2212 \u03b1)% upper bound, where \u03b1 is the significance level. Already existing methodologies for TDI estimation and inference include both parametric (Choudhary, Escaram\u00eds et al.) and non-parametric approaches (Choudhary, Perez-Jaume and Carrasco). In this work, the goals are to propose and evaluate new bootstrap-based approaches for inference on the TDI in the method of Perez-Jaume and Carrasco and to implement the existing and new methodologies in an R package. We apply all methodologies to a real-world dataset and we also conduct a simulation study to assess their performance. Joint models (JMs) have become a valuable tool for simultaneously analyzing such data and producing dynamic, individualized predictions. However, extending them to multiple longitudinal outcomes is computationally demanding due to the high number of random effects and parameters.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px\">This work explores super learning, an ensemble method that combines several prediction algorithms to obtain an optimal forecast. Using both simulation studies and a real-world case study, we show that combining univariate JMs through super learning produces dynamic predictions comparable to those of a multivariate JM, while substantially reducing computational demands.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px\">This work provides a replicable and methodologically rigorous framework for deriving dynamic predictions in complex settings. Tot i que nombroses recerques han examinat les desigualtats en l\u2019\u00fas del temps per ra\u00f3 de g\u00e8nere, s\u00f3n escassos els estudis que integren altres eixos d\u2019estratificaci\u00f3 social o que aborden l\u2019an\u00e0lisi de l\u2019\u00fas del temps des d\u2019una perspectiva seq\u00fcencial. En aquest projecte, utilitzo dades de l\u2019American Time Use Survey (ATUS) i la Current Population Survey (CPS) de l\u2019any 2023 per a complir un doble objectiu: d\u2019una banda, classificar els patrons d\u2019\u00fas del temps en cl\u00fasters mitjan\u00e7ant An\u00e0lisi de Seq\u00fc\u00e8ncies (SA) i Mixtures de Models de M\u00e0rkov Ocults (MHMM); de l\u2019altra, emprant models multinomials, analitzar l\u2019associaci\u00f3 d\u2019aquests cl\u00fasters amb variables indicadores de l\u2019estratificaci\u00f3 social. Aquest estudi revela associacions significatives entre variables socioecon\u00f2miques i patrons d\u2019\u00fas del temps i mostra aix\u00ed com, m\u00e9s enll\u00e0 de l\u2019evident rellev\u00e0ncia del g\u00e8nere, altres eixos d\u2019estratificaci\u00f3 social tamb\u00e9 configuren de manera significativa l\u2019\u00fas del temps.
