The conference will take place at Hotel Edén Roc, which is located here.

This workshop has been organized by the Analysis Group of the Department of Mathematics at  Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona, in the context of the Marie Curie Initial Training Network MAnET, “Metric Analysis for Emerging Technologies“. This network is being funded by the EU 7th Framework Program.

The main purpose of this workshop is to train ESR and ER fellows on the connections between Geometric Measure Theory, Optimal Mass Transportation and Partial Differential Equations. To do this, the MAnET network counts on the following world experts on these topics: Zoltan Balogh (Bern), Xavier Cabré (Barcelona), Gianluca Crippa (Basel), Guy David (Paris), Ilkka Holopainen (Helsinki), Pertti Mattila (Helsinki), Filippo Santambrogio (Paris), Raul Serapioni (Trento), Xavier Tolsa (Barcelona), Xiao Zhong (Jyväskylä). Also, all MAnET fellows will have the chance to expose to all other researchers their own research projects.
