Because of the limited availability of accommodation and possible travel difficulties,
we advise you to contact us soon if you plan to attend.
We have reserved all available rooms until November 12th only; if room bookings are not confirmed by this date we cannot guarantee their availability.
The registration fee is 350 € (*) and includes:
- Shared bedroom accommodation from Friday 10th December to Sunday 12th December.
- Meals from Friday's dinner to Sunday's lunch.
- Social activity.
(*) The registration fee can be modified in special cases (for example, just one day accommodation). Please, contact any of the organisers to register or for further information.
