Because of the limited availability of accommodation and possible travel difficulties, we advise you to contact us as soon as possible if you plan to attend.
A finite number of rooms are reserved for booking before 10th September; after that date we cannot guarantee their availability.

The registration fee is 250 € and includes:
  • Shared bedroom accommodation from Friday 27th September to Sunday 29th September (single occupacy for an extra fee).
  • Conference banquet and all meals during the workshop (including Sunday's lunch).
  • Social activity.
