Those participants with an accommodation grant are provided shared accommodation at 5-people apartments in Vila Universitària, with access to an outdoor swimming pool and other facilities. The accommodation covers the period July 5th to July 12th.
Arrival: you have to pick up your keys in the Vila reception by showing your ID. They will give you the key to your apartment and tell you which one is your room. The reception is open on Sunday from 12h to 20h. If you come outside these hours, the security personnel will give you your keys. If you come early in the morning, your apartment may not be ready yet. You can then leave your suitcases in reception and enjoy the facilities (including the swimming pool).
First day: on Monday, one of the members of GENTLE will wait for you at the Frankfurt of Vila at 9:00 to show you the way to the room of the course (C3/028). Please, be on time if you do not know the campus. On Tuesday, one of the members of GENTLE at 9:30 to show you an alternative route, in case you are interested.
